These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SengMed website at www.sengmed.org and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SengMed

SengMed operates a technology platform that connects individuals in Singapore with independent doctors registered with the Singapore Medical Council and with licensed Singapore pharmacies. SengMed is not a medical practice or pharmacy and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. All clinical decisions are made solely by MOH-licensed doctors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in Singapore to create an account or request a consultation. By using the Services you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@sengmed.org of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Payment

Certain Services are offered on a recurring plan basis. All fees are quoted and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). By enrolling, you authorise SengMed to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Plan fees cover platform and care-coordination services and are separate from any medication costs, which vary by treatment and are billed by the dispensing pharmacy.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time through your account or by contacting support. SengMed offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described at the point of sale. Medications that have already been dispensed or delivered are generally non-refundable.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The Services do not replace an in-person consultation with your doctor. Content on the website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Some medications may not be registered with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for weight management; your prescribing doctor will discuss this with you where relevant. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, interfering with the platform, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the website are owned by SengMed or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SengMed and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
