Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SengMed website at www.sengmed.org and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
This document is a general template provided for the SengMed website and should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before publication.
1. About SengMed
SengMed operates a technology platform that connects individuals with independent, licensed healthcare providers and partner pharmacies. SengMed is not a medical practice or pharmacy and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. All clinical decisions are made solely by licensed providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where the Services are available to create an account or request a consultation. By using the Services you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@sengmed.org of any unauthorized use.
4. Membership and Payment
Certain Services are offered on a recurring membership basis. By enrolling, you authorize SengMed to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Membership fees cover platform and provider-coordination services and are separate from any medication costs, which vary by treatment and are billed by the dispensing pharmacy.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting support. SengMed offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described at the point of sale. Medications that have already shipped are generally non-refundable.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The Services do not replace an in-person visit with your physician. Content on the website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, interfering with the platform, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the website are owned by SengMed or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SengMed and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
